    Fundacja Nagaya had the pleasure of participating in a captivating Japanese cultural evening at Moxo, featuring the masterful Wadaiko Daigen-Gumi<\/b> taiko drum ensemble. These traditional Japanese drums, historically used to inspire warriors and unite communities, filled the evening with energy, strength, and rhythm.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Guests also enjoyed the exquisite Kingyo Omakase<\/b> cuisine, where each dish was a delicate work of art. The event was a true celebration of Japanese culture\u2014an unforgettable night of music, tradition, and culinary excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

    On <\/span>September 17, 2025<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>Fundacja Nagaya<\/b>\u00a0had the pleasure of participating in a special\u00a0<\/span>Japanese Food Tasting and Business Matching Event<\/b>\u00a0organized by the\u00a0<\/span>Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)<\/b>\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span>MOXO Restaurant in Warsaw<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The event gathered\u00a0Japanese food suppliers\u00a0and\u00a0Polish distributors, restaurateurs, and professionals\u00a0from the Asian and Japanese cuisine industry. Its aim was to promote collaboration and strengthen the growing presence of authentic, high-quality Japanese food products on the Polish market.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    As many participants observed, the demand for\u00a0refined, health-conscious, and premium Japanese food products\u00a0in Poland has been steadily increasing year by year. The success of the previous edition\u2014during which\u00a016 buyers from 8 European countries\u00a0and\u00a010 Japanese suppliers\u00a0conducted over\u00a070 business meetings\u2014proved how dynamic this trend has become.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    This year’s edition was even larger in scale and richer in diversity, featuring\u00a015 Japanese companies<\/b>\u00a0presenting a wide range of products such as\u00a0Wagyu beef, green tea, Matcha, sake, whisky, plum wine (Umeshu), soy sauce, wasabi, Japanese curry, vegan-friendly meat and seafood alternatives, pickled plums, vinegar, Okonomi sauce<\/b>, and many other unique innovations. Participants had the opportunity to\u00a0taste all showcased products\u00a0and\u00a0engage directly with producers\u00a0to explore future business collaborations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Celem spotkania by\u0142o promowanie wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy i wzmacnianie rosn\u0105cej obecno\u015bci autentycznych, wysokiej jako\u015bci japo\u0144skich produkt\u00f3w spo\u017cywczych na polskim rynku.<\/span><\/p>\n
